EMERALDS & JEWELRY CORP. offers free shipping in the USA (any of the 50 states). All orders with confirmed address are shipped 24 hours after payment clearance by UPS or USPS Priority mail (delivery within 2-3 business days). Orders with unconfirmed shipping address or inaccurate information will take longer. Florida residents: a rate of 7.0% sales tax will be added to the item's value . We are not responsible for delays in delivery. All items marked as sold are replaced for similar or new styles, thus prices and descriptions have variation depending on the gold market conditions and quality of the stones. We reserve the right to correct any typing error on displayed items.
7- DAY RETURN POLICY: Once your order has been delivered and you have signed for it, you have seven calendar days to inspect the item(s) to make sure it is as described and it fully meets your personal expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund.
RETURNS: prior to return the item you must contact us by e-mail within the time frame (7 days) to request authorization and detailed instructions to make a safe return. Returns without authorization will be refused. Orders returned for exchange will not have restocking fee or shipping fee deductions. Outbound shipping fee and PayPal payment processing fee will be deducted to all orders returned for refund unless the item will be returned for defects in materials and workmanship or if an error occurs on our part in shipping your order (e.g. we sent the wrong item). All items must preserve their original condition and show no signs of have been altered in any way. Original documents as lab report, appraisals and sales receipt must be returned. Once we receive your returned item along with the corresponding documents, we will issue the refund in the same way of your original payment. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges on returned items back to us. Special orders and customized items are final sales, there is not exchange or refund.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duty, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the item's price or shipping cost, these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your country's customs office to determine what these additional charges will be prior to buying.
